Genesis personal experience fuels her dedication as a Receptionist and Audiologist Assistant, ensuring that every patient feels supported and understood.
Life can be challenging for those without hearing. Genesis knows firsthand when she experienced hearing loss in the first grade due to a cause that is still unknown.
She feels like her journey began with her first pair of hearing aids in the sixth grade, but she didn’t truly appreciate them until she started wearing them as if they were a part of her life. Now she wants to convince every patient how important it is to wear their hearing aids every day. This personal connection she has with hearing health motivates her to be the best Receptionist and Audiologist Assistant for our patients
Outside of work, she considers herself a little competitive and is the head JV coach and assistant Varsity coach for the Sunlake High School girls’ basketball team. She loves helping the players grow and develop on and off the court and encourages teamwork. Between playing basketball, spending time with her friends, and family, she loves capturing memories through her photography.
